Rachael is director and dramaturg, originally from the North East and a graduate of the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School Drama Directing MA.

She is most interested in work that supports and champions women to take up space onstage and in life, drawing on training in improv and clowning to support performers to take risks and fail fearlessly.
